In-App Purchases: If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not store or process your payment information.
Support Requests: If you contact us via the "Contact Us" feature, we receive your email address and any information you provide in your message.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the apps or their content.

4. Termination

5. Refunds

All payments are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

1. No Account Required

Charged does not require you to create an account. Your tracking data, vault entries, and app progress are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and any data stored on it.

2. Free and Paid Access

Certain features and content may require an in-app purchase or paid subscription.

3. Health & Safety

The following terms reflect what you accept within the Charged app before continuing. They are an essential part of your agreement with us.

Tracking only — not medical advice

Charged is a personal caffeine tracking and journaling tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your caffeine intake, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition such as heart disease, anxiety, or high blood pressure.

Know your limits

Most healthy adults are advised to limit caffeine to about 400 mg per day, though individual tolerance varies. Excessive caffeine can cause serious health effects including insomnia, rapid heartbeat, anxiety, digestive issues, and dependency. You are solely responsible for monitoring and limiting your own consumption.

Not a challenge or encouragement

Avatar leveling, achievements, and other game-like features are designed to make tracking engaging. They are not intended to encourage, reward, or promote excessive caffeine use. Charged must not be used as a reason to consume more caffeine than is safe for you.

Accuracy of information

Drink identification, caffeine estimates, and logged data may be inaccurate. Do not rely on this app as your only source for caffeine content. Verify product labels and use your own judgment.

Assumption of risk

By using Charged, you acknowledge that caffeine consumption carries inherent risks and that you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any health effects, injuries, or damages resulting from your caffeine use or reliance on this app.

Limitation of liability
